Was seemless process. Jan did exactly what I asked even when I was being specific about flowers in the window boxes and where the picture should end (was a row of buildings) . She keep me updated with timings and drafts of the picture and wording.

I commissioned Jan to paint our Lake District wedding venue as a 1-year anniversary gift for my wife and it is everything and more I was hoping for.
